Important Information About Opening Your Account at NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union

Federal Law requires that all financial institutions obtain, verify and
record information that identifies each person who opens an account. Therefore,
when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and
other information that will enable us to identify you. We may also ask to see
your government issued identification or other identifying documents. NJ Gateway FCU is committed to preserving and protecting the
confidentiality of its members' personal information. The credit union
will maintain strong security controls to ensure that personal member
information is protected from unauthorized use.
Mortgage Pre-Q Form Checklist
To complete the pre-qualification process, we need the following information:
- Approximate property tax of new property
- Condo/Townhouse association dues of new property
- Balances of existing mortgages and home equity loans
- Balances and institutions for your assets, such as savings accounts, checking accounts, mutual funds, stocks, bonds,
etc.
- Balances and institutions for your debts, such as credit cards, education loans, savings plan loans, etc.
- Most recent pay stub
- Last year's W-2
